Vision:This family came to us with a clear goal: they wanted an outdoor living space where their teenagers and friends could hang out safely, while also giving the adults a beautiful space to relax and entertain year-round. The result is a stunning backyard retreat that truly works for the whole family, every season of the year.

Design Features and Materials:
At the heart of the project is a fiberglass pool by Illusion, paired with a generously stamped concrete deck that gives the space a clean, upscale look. To give the family peace of mind, we incorporated an automatic safety cover—a feature that keeps guests safe and makes day-to-day maintenance a breeze.
Complementing the pool is a beautifully designed and engineered composite screened porch with a modern aesthetic, including sleek contemporary railings. The porch was built to be a true four-season space, complete with a cozy fireplace, ceiling-mounted heaters, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a hooded gas grill, refrigerator and sink—everything needed to entertain in style regardless of the weather.
Unique Aspects of Planning and Construction:
A project of this scope required seamless coordination between multiple trades working simultaneously — from pool installers and concrete crews to carpenters, electricians, and plumbers. Keeping everyone aligned and on schedule was key to delivering a cohesive final product, and we’re proud of how smoothly the build came together.
