At Cleanstone Construction, we recently completed a stunning fiberglass pool installation in
Powhatan, VA, turning a basic backyard into a luxurious outdoor living space designed for
year-round enjoyment.
The centerpiece of this project is a 15.5’ x 35’ Imagine Illusion fiberglass pool, an ideal size
for families who want a space that balances relaxation and recreation. Our clients chose to
upgrade to a saltwater sanitation system, offering a more natural, low-maintenance swimming
experience that’s gentle on skin and eyes.
To ensure comfort in every season, we installed a high-efficiency pool heat pump and chiller
combo, allowing the homeowners to enjoy perfectly regulated water temperatures—whether it’s
the peak of summer or a cool fall day.
This backyard truly shines at night thanks to MicroBrite LED lighting, creating a vibrant
ambiance inside the pool, while low-voltage lighting along the custom seating walls adds
warmth and safety throughout the space. For added security and ease of maintenance, we also
included an automatic pool cover, one of our most popular safety upgrades.
Surrounding the pool, we poured a concrete pool deck with premium stone coping,
providing a clean, elegant finish that’s as functional as it is beautiful. The design also features
custom retaining and seating walls, built to blend into the landscape while offering extra
seating for entertaining guests.
We tied the entire design together with a newly constructed concrete walkway, offering smooth
transitions between the pool area and the rest of the outdoor space.
