Vision This family lives in a vibrant, active neighborhood and wanted an outdoor space that was made for connection — a place where neighbors could gather in the evenings, share a laugh, and enjoy the outdoors together. Their existing builder-grade concrete patio was small and uninspiring, so they came to us ready for a real upgrade that matched their lifestyle and love for entertaining.

Design Features and Materials:
We started by removing the old concrete patio and replacing it with a beautifully designed paver patio using Techo-Bloc pavers, bringing an instant elevation in both quality and curb appeal. A custom seating wall was added to define the space and provide plenty of casual seating for guests. The crown jewel of the project is the custom gas fireplace, which serves as a natural gathering point and gives the patio a warm, welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for cool fall evenings.
