Scope: After demolishing the existing deck, we built a new custom deck, installed patio and stairs, concrete, columns, pergola, fire pit, and installed exterior lighting, seating wall/planter combo, and aluminum pergola.

CleanStone successfully transformed the customer’s outdoor living space with a modern, premium design, utilizing an architect’s conceptual plan as the foundation. The project seamlessly incorporated Techo Bloc products to create distinct and complementary living areas
that would stand out in the neighborhood.

The upper patio, featuring Techo Bloc Blu Grande HD2 Smooth in Greyed Nickel, was a showstopper. Large slabs were expertly installed in a running bond pattern, exuding a classy and sophisticated ambiance. To address the varying site elevations, Techo Bloc Grapphix wall blocks in Onyx were used, adding a unique texture with varying sizes and depths.

The upper patio’s focal point was the L-shaped outdoor kitchen, boasting a built-in grill, storage cabinets, and a White Santorini Quartzite countertop. On the opposite side of the kitchen, two custom seating benches were crafted from Techo Bloc Borealis wall blocks in Hazelnut Brandy,
enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.

Moving to the lower patio, Techo Bloc Borealis 5″ x 30″ slabs in Smoked Pine created an inviting and warm atmosphere. These slabs also served as steps, elegantly connecting the upper and lower patio areas, framed by Valley Black decorative gravel. One of the lower patio’s standout features was the Techo Bloc Grapphix wall block seating wall in Onyx, adorned with Techo Bloc Raffinato wall caps in Greyed Nickel, adding a touch of luxury
to the space.

To complete the overall design, meticulous attention was given to lighting. Low-voltage ledge lighting and premium black wall sconces were strategically placed, providing an air of sophistication and elegance to the entire outdoor living space. CleanStone’s attention to detail and product expertise resulted in a stunning and functional modern oasis that exceeded the customer’s expectations.
