A Custom Outdoor Living Space Designed for Family
Vision: Our clients, proud grandparents, wanted a space that combined the comfort of privacy with the openness of the outdoors. Their goal was to create a place where family could gather year-round and make lasting memories.

Design Features and Materials:
We built a custom screened-in porch that incorporated rolling vinyl windows and screens, giving them the flexibility to fully enclose the space or open it to the fresh air. A built-in fireplace was added as the centerpiece for warmth and comfort. Beyond the porch, we constructed a low-maintenance composite deck featuring a fully functional outdoor kitchen and finished the design with a custom lighting package to enhance safety and ambiance.
Unique Aspects of Planning and Construction:
The combination of vinyl windows and roll-up screens allowed us to strike the perfect balance between privacy and openness. The seamless transition between the screened porch and composite deck ensured the entire outdoor area could be used effortlessly for both small family evenings and larger gatherings.
